Partnerships for Renewables

Partnerships for Renewables (PfR) is a developer and operator of commercial-scale onshore wind projects, set up by the Carbon Trust in 2007 to develop, construct and operate wind energy schemes primarily on public sector land.
PfR are committed to donating money into a Community Benefit Fund for each of its wind energy sites.
GrantScape was appointed to manage these funds in England, and establishes separate Community Benefit Funds (Funds) around each of PfR’s wind projects as soon as they become operational. The total amount available and the size of the minimum and maximum grants depends upon the generation capacity of each wind project.
PfR have now sold the developments and GrantScape continues to manage the Funds on behalf of the new owners, Vantage Infrastructure.
