Cleve Hill Solar Park

Cleve Hill Solar Park Ltd is the developer of one of the UK’s most ambitious renewable energy projects — Cleve Hill Solar Park, located near Graveney in Kent.

Now under construction, the project will deliver up to 373 MW of clean solar energy, combined with over 150 MW of battery storage, making it the largest co-located solar and battery storage project in the UK to date. Once operational, the site will generate enough renewable electricity to power more than 90,000 homes annually.

The project is being delivered by Quinbrook Infrastructure Partners in partnership with Hive Energy, and represents a major step in the UK’s transition to a low-carbon energy future. In addition to its energy output, the scheme includes significant environmental commitments such as habitat creation, biodiversity enhancements, and long-term land management.

In line with its commitment to support local communities, Cleve Hill Solar Park Ltd has partnered with GrantScape to deliver a substantial Community Benefit Fund, ensuring that the surrounding parishes benefit directly from the development.
